The protection and security of personal data is a top priority at ARCA-Consult GmbH (in the following referred to as ARCA-Consult). ARCA-Consult, its staff and contractors therefore adhere to the rules set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulations and their national implementations in Germany.
Personal data are treated confidentially at ARCA-Consult in accordance with the data protection laws and this Privacy Policy. ARCA-Consult implements all technical and organisational security measures to protect all personal data that it receives from being accessed by unauthorised access by third parties.
The ARCA-Consult website can generally be used without disclosing personal data. Any personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) collected on the ARCA-Consult web pages are – as far as possible – disclosed on a voluntary basis or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, e.g. when registering for seminars or training events. Consent to data collection and processing is explicitly obtained from the data subject in these cases.
Moreover, data are generally not transferred to third parties without explicit consent. Explicit consent is obtained on a case-by-case basis, e.g. if the final examination for a registered training event is conducted by an external examinations institute.

Third parties are hereby explicitly prohibited from using the contact details disclosed for compliance with site notice obligations to send us unsolicited advertising and information material. ARCA-Consult specifically reserves the right to take legal actions against any parties that send us unsolicited advertising information, for instance spam mails.

4. Data protection when participating in seminars and training events
ARCA-Consult cooperates with service providers who hold an examination to determine qualification and competence at the end of the training event. For this purpose, ARCA-Consult collects and processes personal data that are also transferred to external third parties to conduct the examination. The external third parties take charge of the tasks that are necessary in connection with the examination process, in particular marking the examinations and issuing the certificates.
The required data are:
